How to return articles correctly

Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

Returning items

If you would like to return items that you do not like (colour, size, cut), that you do not need or that you have ordered incorrectly, please proceed as follows:

1. report your return by email, stating the item name, reason and order number to the following email address: retoure@rad-enthusiast.de

2. send the undamaged and originally packed goods back to SHOP RAD ENTHUSIAST, Parkstraße 13, 17219 Rumpshagen.

3. as soon as we have received the goods, we will return the amount you have paid less the handling fee of 20% to you. see handling fee below

Please send a complaint about faulty or incorrectly delivered items to retoure@rad-enthusiast.de, stating your telephone number and order number.

Please note that in addition to individually finished (printed or embroidered, personalised) items, products that have already been worn and/or washed cannot be returned.

Handling flat rate

As an exclusive MSR seller, we calculate our prices particularly tightly and are reliant on a low returns rate. For this reason, we charge the following handling fees for returned items:

with prior online returns notification: 20% of the net value of the goods

without prior online returns notification: 30 % of the net value of the goods.

Consequences of cancellation

We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
